Accessibility statement

At ONEWHEEIL we want every rider, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse and shop on our site easily and independently. We adapted the site according to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0, at level AA.

What we adapted

  • Full keyboard navigation, with a clear focus indicator.
  • A hierarchical heading structure and alternative text for images.
  • Sufficient color contrast and readable text sizes, on mobile too.
  • The site works with screen readers, right-to-left Hebrew, and screens of every size.
  • An accessibility menu (the round button in the corner of the screen): larger text, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, a readable font, line spacing, stopping animations, a large cursor and keyboard focus highlighting.

What is not fully accessible yet

Some parts of the site come from third-party providers, including Shopify checkout, the WhatsApp button and the reviews widget. We don't control their code, and some of them may not be fully accessible. If you run into a problem, we'll be happy to help you complete your order by phone or WhatsApp.

We don't have a physical store

ONEWHEEIL is an online-only store, so there are no building accessibility arrangements.
