This policy is intended to clarify the terms of delivery, cancellations and returns on the website, and is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "Consumer Protection Law").
1. Delivery Times and Shipping
* Processing and delivery times: Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-14 business days from the date of payment confirmation by the credit card company. Business days are considered Sunday-Thursday, and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.
* Shipping costs: Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items listed on the website and will be detailed during the payment stage.
Shipping cost via Israel Post is 27 NIS.
Express shipping cost via Israel Post is 54 NIS
Delivery to customer's home within 2-5 business days
* Distribution areas: We provide deliveries throughout Israel, in accordance with Israel Post's shipping policy.
2. How to Submit a Cancellation Notice
A customer wishing to cancel a transaction must do so by submitting a cancellation notice in one of the following ways:

In the cancellation notice, the customer must state their full name and order number.
3. Timeframe for Cancelling the Transaction
A product purchase can be cancelled from the day the transaction is made until 14 days from the day the product is received or from the day a document detailing the transaction details is received – whichever is later.
Special benefit for special populations: A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (over 65) or a new immigrant, may cancel the transaction within 4 months from the day the product or transaction details document is received (whichever is later), provided that the transaction involved a conversation between the business and the consumer (including a conversation via electronic communication). The business may request a certificate proving the relevant status.
4. Cancellation Fees and Shipping Costs (Returns)
The handling of cancellations varies depending on the reason for the cancellation:
a. Cancellation due to change of mind (no defect in the product):
* A customer may cancel the transaction for any reason.
* In such a case, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS will be charged – whichever is lower.
* Product return: The customer is responsible for returning the product to the business (or bearing the return shipping costs). The product will be returned complete, without damage, defect, or flaw of any kind.
b. Cancellation due to defect or non-conformity:
* In cases where the cancellation is due to the product being delivered defective, or there is a difference between the product delivered and the details provided to the customer on the website.
* In such a case, no cancellation fees will be charged at all.
* The business will refund the full amount of the transaction to the customer within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice.
* Product return: The business will be responsible for collecting the product from the location where it was delivered to the customer.
